"We propose the development of a Food Recommendation System for Empowering Healthy Living with Smart Food Choices, based on Artificial Intelligence, to address the challenge of inadequate fulfillment of the Nutritional Adequacy Level (AKG) in Indonesia over the past two years. This solution will utilize artificial intelligence to provide personalized dietary recommendations, taking into account factors such as age, gender and dietary preferences of the users. The system will enable users to plan and track their food intake, while providing detailed information about the nutritional composition of available foods. By delivering timely recommendations and continuous feedback, this solution aims to enhance nutritional awareness and promote healthier eating habits among the Indonesian population."
