Background of this Case Study All of you must know Kitabisa is one of the biggest crowdfunding application in Indonesia. As you can see a lot of people with several purposes are feeling helpful with this App. Why? Because we can raise funds for several occasion such as medical needs, social humanities, natural disasters, and others. Kitabisa also provide a service for users to not only donate but also to pay zakat. What is the challenge? To Improve new user journey and experience during using this application. This will allow users to feel comfortable to use the app continue to donate. One of the purpose of this challenge is to find a new angle or improvement for Kitabisa. In this project, we are doing it in a team of 4 people and we decided to use design thinking process.
