Jago My Wish is an app that provides various life insurance options from insurance company partners and provides a will-making feature (we call it the Last Wish feature) which makes wills more customizable, either sourced from insurance purchased or assets owned. We use Design Thinking as our design process approach. Design thinking process insists that we find a quick and inexpensive way to test our solutions with real users before we commit to building the complete product. Based on usability test results, there are 5 tasks that are easy to complete because the average SEQ value is above 5.5 — Task 1 (Register and Login), Task 2 (Insurance Purchase), Task 3 (Changes in Premiums) , Task 4 (Last Wish from Insurance), and Task 6 (Live Chat). Meanwhile, Task 5 (Last Wish from Assets) is in the middle limit and two other tasks are difficult to complete — Task 7 (Social feature Group Chat) and Task 8 (Social feature inbox personal chat). Several things that need to be improved in the future include reviewing the user flow, which is confusing for users; improve the Insurance Purchase feature by adding details of the benefits offered; improve the writing on the product to make the intent and purpose clearer; reviewing forms of data security that can be provided so as to increase user trust in using the product; as well as reviewing the functionality of features relevant to insurance and will needs.
