Here are the results of the user survey regarding satisfaction with new elements in the Kitabisa app. As we can see, overall the users are pleased with the flow (with scores ranging from 4–5), though there is a lower score on the pop-up notifications and customer appreciation. Therefore, those two elements will connect to the “Unsubscribe” button so that particular users will not be disrupted. We were using single ease questions to measure the data on 5 respondents. The scoring ranged from 1 (the lowest score) to 5 (the highest score) with 3 as the minimum score to get passed the survey.
