Waste4change is one of the providers of waste management services in Indonesia. In carrying out its operations, Waste4Change provides their features and services on their website. There are 3 main types of services provided by Waste4Change consisting of Companies, Individuals, and Partners. The focus in this UX case study is to simplify their service flow especially Individual Services and make some improvements to their UI.
