This project is part of the UI/UX Training Program held by the Ministry of Communication and Information with Skilvul and Bank Jago as Challenge Partners. Our team choose Design Thinking as UX Design Process because it is a method used for creative, practical, and flexible. Design Thinking are include empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. On this project we have target user with general criteria, namely women or men, workers, educated, updated about technology. From this virtual internship program, I learned a lot about UI/UX, especially in terms of UX, which turned out to be not only limited to distributing questionnaires and making designs, but there is a fairly complex process to find the right solution for the target user.
