Making “Last Wish” - a life insurance feature for Bank Jago

I used Design Thinking as a design approach to solve the problems given in this UX challenge. I focus on answering the question “How might we make a life insurance platform that is fun and easy for users?”. After going through several processes, my team and I decided to focus on 3 solutions, namely visual/interface that is easy to understand, self-customization and tutorials/simulations for users.
