This program will helps its users to ensure that the sorted waste can be processed responsibly. So in this case the user will be facilitated in recycling his waste through the waste4change website. Previously we have researched the user flow of the waste4change website regarding the latest send your waste program. There are 4 user flows that we research, including the process of sending waste, Login / sign up. waste deposit history, points and redeem points.
