This project is a challenge given by Skilvul in collaboration with KITABISA, where in this project KITABISA wants changes to the news section, so that donors can see updated information in a story format that is in the form of exploration outside of images and text. In addition, donors can easily view the latest information regarding the use of donated or raised funds. The method used in this project is the Design Thinking method. In the Empathize stage, Secondary Research is carried out, where Competitor Analysis is carried out from similar products such as Benihbaik.com, Amalsholeh, ACT Indonesia Dermawan with the aim of knowing the advantages of the news update feature from competitor applications. Then after knowing what are the obstacles or pain points based on the challenge brief and secondary research that has been done, it can be concluded that we must "Create a new feature to make it easier for donors to find campaign updates". After thinking about what to solve, we made some idea solutions like create story feature, donate feature, change interface at home. Then after finalizing the solution idea, we created 3 Flows along with Prototypes related to Campaign Update, Story Feature, My Donation. Then, based on Flow & Prototype, Usability Testing is carried out on respondents with the criteria of having interest and interest in social issue campaigns. From the results of Usability Testing on respondents, there is positive feedback from respondents such as liking the new features (Stories), beautiful designs and easy-to-use applications, easy-to-understand flows and processes for ordinary users. The conclusion of this project, based on the brief and research of potential users, in this case we have successfully completed all stages of the design process and we have come up with a design that is easy to use and pleasing to the user. This can be proven from the results of usability testing. The respondents we interviewed gave very positive feedback and suggestions about the designs that had been made.
