Gamification Feature for Campaign.com - Increasing Motivation Users

In this project, we aim to provide various gamification features to increase user motivation in taking challenges, completing actions, and how easy it is for users to use the idea solutions we have created. The problem statement is engage users to complete challenges by taking action for several days is not easy. The various challenges available and the many activities that need to be done sometimes make the user bored and unmotivated to take and complete the challenges. This project uses the Design Thinking Method from Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test because we believe that we can solve practical problems that focus on the user, produce the most effective solution to meet those needs, and adapt the process flow to specific cases. In Primary Research from Phase Empathize, We interviewed three persons who match the user criteria that have been previously described to determine the basic needs and pain points of those who want to learn in the various fields & we get some feedback from that users. The results for determination of How-Might We from Phase Define is: “How can users get interested in using the Campaign.com’s mobile app to participate in the Challenge of social activities?” The features that we implement are: Check-In, Challenge & Actions, Journey Mood Challenges, Leaderboard, Badge & Certificate, and Taking Rewards from achieved points and levels. Reflection of SVI, I have learned a lot about UI/UX Design using the Design Thinking Method & I can do everything about UI/UX Design especially with Design Thinking Method from Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. On this program, I have a lot of new friends that always cheer me up to finish the task from SVI and we can discussion together about task or anything about UI/UX Design. It was such a fun and challenging journey! I will continue UI/UX Design to learn more and more!
