Kitabisa is the largest crowdfunding platform in Indonesia. Estimated since 2013, with more than 100.000 fundraising and 3000 foundation or social institution, following 1,5 Millions donors. Kitabisa became trustworthy platform when it comes to raise funding or other related field. Kitabisa has a “News” feature this feature consists of an update information from campaign to donors, the information that are provided can also be related to similar campaign so users can re-donate to other campaigns. Although, there are news feature which provide an update from campaign but users did not really feel any emotional feelings after paid the donation and often forget about the campaign thus, we were asked to redesign the “News” feature. The aim of this case study is to present the latest news regarding donation to user in order to attain their emotional sentiment and increase the retention value also encourage donors to re-donate to campaigns that have been helped or campaign that similarity to a previous campaign.
