Case study: adding new features to Jago App — a current application of Jago Bank delivered by DKatalis. This project involves: creating an easy-to-use design of the last wish (wishlist) feature that accompanies Jago life insurance products; management of insurance policies and add or edit wills via wishlist (last wish with three main categories: personal, social and digital); provide gamification by redeeming Good Points earned from Good Habit Missions to improve user experience.
