The case study was conducted with the purpose of designing a new feature called Mentor on Demand for Skilvul — an online course site focusing on Tech Studies, along with the writer’s group members Eka Darma Ayu Hidayati and Utari Wikaningtyas using Design Thinking — a user-centered design process used to solve cases in a creative and practical way.
